1 Look this is my sister. She is active and pretty. Look at the pictures. What is she going to do this
weekend? Listen to her plan and talk about it.

2 Make up dialogues according to the pictures by themselves .
设计意图
意义操练句型。指导学生两人一组自编对话,培养学生合作精神,自主探究意识,增强了语言学习交际的氛围,促进学生的语言实践能力。新情景的提供拓宽了举行的使用范围。
Step V Consolidation and extension
(1)Children’s Day is coming. Are you excited? On that day we are going to have a big party. And we are going
to have one day holiday. What are you going to do on Children’s Day? Think it over and talk about your plans on Children’s Day. 老师示范谈论自己的计划。
Students make a dialogue about their plans on Children’s Day. After several minutes, teacher asks them to act out their dialogues in front of the class.
