1、Warm-up
Teacher asks:
T: What do you usually do on weekends?

2、Lead in
Learning Phrases:
①Teacher asks Ss to look at the teacher‘s pictures.
T: What do I usually do on weekends?
②Ask Ss to look at the pictures again.
③T teaches the phrases.
④Check 1a
Learning sentences:
If tomorrow is my birthday, I want to invite some friends to my party. How do I invite people?
T: Would you like to come to my party?
Can you come to my party?
T: If you can come, how to answer?
T: If you can‘t, how to answer politely? I think you‘d better tell me your reason.
Step3 Practice
T asks Ss to practice the conversation in pairs.
3、Listening practice
①T plays the recorder and asks Ss to write the names
②T plays the recorder again and asks Ss to fill in the
blanks.(each answer, give a pause)
Check the answers
Asks Ss to retell the story.
T gives a sample:
