Language points

2.1 think + subject + verb.
I think you'll succeed at last.
3. The radio says + subject + verb. (about the weather)
The radio says it will snow tomorrow.
4. get + comparative degree (s) of adjective (s) .
The weather will get warmer later.
The weather will get hotter and hotter soon.
Listen to the tape.
IV. Presentation
T: Open your books and look at Exercise One.
Listen again and repeat after the tape.
Read the dialogue together, then individually.
At last, let the students act it out.
V. Practice
T: Look at Exercise Two. There are three different dialogues, read them loudly.
Pay attention to the followings: play football, on our school playground, climb the mountain, have to do, stay home, do some reading. It’s better to do sth, on rainy days. I'm afraid… ,go roller-skating, would you like to do sth? play with sb, make a snowman.
Notes:

(Now encourage the students to make some different dialogues with the patterns given in students Book.)

A: Look! How heavy it rains!

A: I have to stay home and do some cleaning
B: Good. It s better to do some cleaning on rainy days.
Example 3
A: Wow! What a heavy snow! I'm afraid you can't play football. Jack. What will you do?
B: I can go skiing. Would you like to go with me, Jim?
A: Certainly! Let’s carry our skiing-gears!
B: OK./Come on!
