I am writing to you to complain about your hotel where I had a terrible stay in Room 809 from the 21st to the 23rd of June 2007, when I went to New York on holiday.
Firstly, the reception staff was not helpful at all. When I asked him to change my room because of the extremely loud noise, he didn’t even looked up from the computer and just rejected request rudely.
Secondly, I found the bathroom dirty and the hot water was always hot.
I paid a lot for my stay in your hotel and expect much better service from such a well-known hotel, but the reality is that the service is much too bad.
