7. be supposed to 应该
eg: We are supposed to be here at seven.我们应该7点钟到这里。
8. provide sb. with sth.
=provide sth. for sb.给某人提供某物
eg: My mother provides me with food.我妈妈给我准备了食品。
9. in the future 将来
eg: I hope to be a teacher in the future.我希望将来成为一名教师。
10. work on从事工作，研究
eg: Mr. Smith is working on math.史密斯先生正在研究数学。
 
11. get around意为“观光，到处走动”。其中的around可作介词，也可作副词，表示“在各处，朝……四处，遍及”等意思。例如：
    She looked around the room to see if he was already there. 
    她环顾室内看看他是否已经来了。（介词）
    Women like walking around the stores window-shopping. 
    女士们喜欢逛街观赏橱窗。（介词）
    Who has spread the news around? 是谁到处散布这个消息的？（副词）
The dog ran around in the garden.  那只狗在庭园里跑来跑去。（副词）
 
12. all year round 等于all the year round，“一年到头”的意思。类似的表达形式有， throughout the year, all over the year。例：
（1）Singapore is very hot al year round.新加坡一年到头都很热。
（2）Are flowers in bloom all the year round there?那里一年到头百花盛开吗？
（3）The poor old woman looked for her missing son all over the year.
那可怜的老妇人一年四季都在找她失踪的儿子。
